If you recently moved to the area and are looking to enroll at University High School, please visit the attendance office anytime during open office hours, 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.

You will need the following documents:

1. Proof of Age (A Birth Certificate, or Passport)
2. Proof of Address (A current Utility Bill, gas, water, power, or rental agreement. Telephone bills or a driver’s license will not be accepted as "Proof of Address.")
3. Immunization Record (From previous school or family doctor)
4. Transfer (PAR) and Transcripts (Par’s are given at the last school of attendance. Checkout grades are required for appropriate placement.)
5. ID20 (For incoming middle school students from other LAUSD schools only.)
6. Parent/Legal Guardian Identification
7. I.E.P. or 504 Plan (If applicable must bring a copy of the current plan.)

The enrollment process cannot be completed if any of the documents mentioned above are missing.

Information about Fall Registration will be posted in May. The application for Open Enrollment is available at any LAUSD school starting at beginning of May. University High School's SAS program also opens for enrollment with Ms. Goldman in May. Please refer to our school website then for more information. Generally Student registration begins the 3rd week of August. Summer School enrollment will also be posted in May.
